Listening To My Body Allowed Me To Keep Active During My Pregnancy – F Heslop (Apr 22)

37 weeks and still going! Susan has been totally amazing. She’s seen me through the whole journey, having been in bootcamp with her before even getting pregnant, all the way through to the end, she’s helped to keep me active and healthy during pregnancy. Adjusting the exercises where necessary to be safe, and encouraging me to listen to my body and adapt to its needs, I’ve managed, with her help & my midwife’s encouragement, to keep my body strong and well prepared for what’s to come. 

I would encourage any pregnant ladies out there who want to keep active to go for it. So long as you’re medically able and healthy, you have a professional like Susan to keep you on track, and you listen to your body; it’s not only important, but also totally worth it.


Just What I Need To Kick Start Me Being More Active – H Foot (Feb 22)

I have just completed my first 4 week boot camp with Susan and would highly recommend it. 

Just what I needed to kick start me into being more active and improving my fitness. I had previously taken part in on-line sessions with Susan but not in person and not for a few months so my fitness levels were low.Thought I would sign up and see what it was like. I really enjoyed the sessions, even during the dark and cold nights with the tunnel being a great location to work out in. 

Susan makes it good fun and is really encouraging, giving options for each of the exercises so really suits all levels of fitness. It was great to meet the rest of the group and work out alongside them, it definitely motivated me to try a bit harder.The additional weekly on-line workout kept the focus on during the week and ideal to be able to fit it in at a time that suited. 

I can really feel the benefit of the last four weeks and I will definitely be signing up for the next one!!


Never Have Considered Myself A “Fitness class person” But I Enjoyed It All – B Maclennan (Jan 2022)

Just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Susan for the fantastic time I’ve had attending the Baby & Me Fitness class during my Post-natal period with Baby Hector . Sadly its back to work for me and nursery for Hector, but I’ve really enjoyed the class, the friendly environment, the progressive challenge, and the rewards for seeing improvements in my fitness. It’s so so good for the Post-natal body!

I’d never have considered myself a “fitness class person” but I enjoyed it all, even the Press-ups and Triceps dips! 

I would recommend the class to any mummy mat leave, or anyone wanting to improve fitness and look after your pelvic floor!

Not Letting Lifestyle Changes Effect Your Goals – C Robbie (Apr, 2020)

I have been with Susan for over a year now doing one to one sessions at home. Firstly, she is one of the most patient women i have met and really encourages you to push yourself. 


The workouts at home were exactly what i needed as i needed flexibility, but accountability. She has always worked around what i can do and we have changed the scenery too – whether it be in the park, the back garden or the living room.

When we were put into lockdown Susan adapted our one 2 ones to face time and its the best part of my day. It genuinely feels no different to her being right in front of me because she is. She still coaches me and pushes me, our workouts are varied and keep me interested (i still finish with sweat dripping off me and the hunger to do it again).I hope that through a tough time my fitness continues to improve and i can come out of this healthier. Susan is genuinely making a tough time more bearable and i am excited to see my improvements over time. 

I am still on my journey but with Streamline its able to continue no matter whats going on in the world. Thanks Susan

Flexibility Of Being Able To Workout Whilst Being A Parent – L Karen (Apr, 2020)

Susan is really helpful and has given me some great online programmes. I have used Susan several times since my son was born and always get comments on how strong I look after a few weeks of doing her online programmes 🥳 all the workouts are easy to understand and I love that I can just do them at home when I’m stretched to find time to do anything other than chase after my wee one!! Feeling Confident To Keep Exercising During Pregnancy – M Cowie (May, 2020)

I had trained online with susan for about 5 months before falling pregnant so knew I wanted to continue with her as I felt confident she could create a plan that was challenging but also what my pregnant body needed. I was right to continue and have made it to 37 weeks training three times a week. I feel fit and while it has definitely been tough the last few weeks susan encouraged me to move but also listen to my body. I would say to all pregnant ladies, it is totally worth continuing with your program. Thanks Susan!

From Hating The Gym To Loving It – S Price (Jan, 2020)

I’ve always enjoyed fitness classes and for many years wanted to get into the gym. I’ve tried so many times and had PT sessions in the hope that I’d get into it, nothing seemed to give me the bug till I met Susan. I’ve gone from hating the gym to loving it. The programmes she sends are varied and allow me to fit my workouts into my mad busy life. She’s always available to answer questions or go through anything you’re not sure about. I feel really lucky to have met and work with Susan as I now look forward to my workouts. Not only do I see the difference but mentally I can feel the difference from the workouts.

100 x Happier Mentally + Physically – K Hardman (Oct, 2019)

I’ve been training with Susan for ~ 7 weeks (including 1 week ‘off’ whilst on a work trip). If someone told me mid Aug by the end of Oct you’ll have ran a 10k, lost almost 1/2 stone, inches all over and feel 100 x happier in myself mentally and physically, I really don’t think I would have believed them! Susan is such a lovely person and I genuinely look forward to my 1:1 every week with her – on my work weeks ‘away/off’ I truly miss our session. She has assessed my abilities and tailored our sessions so that I’ve gradually got stronger and fitter – She has pushed me, but encouraged me and we always have a laugh (what’s in your bag 😂🤣) which makes working out fun! I can’t thank Susan enough for kick starting my healthier and fitter way of living and I know this is a lifestyle change for the better – To top the last ~7 weeks off, I now fit into a dress I’ve been dreaming to wear since July – this gives me the spark to keep going! I can’t thank/recommend Susan more highly and know that this is the beginning of a great work out partner!

Stronger Mummy – L Wiseman (Sep,2019)

I would highly recommend Susan as a personal trainer. I started 1:1 PT sessions in March wanting to get back into shape after the birth of my second baby in November. 

I had recently started physiotherapy for lower back pain; Susan made sure to understand the physios findings and tailored the workouts to be both gentle on my back but also strengthen it.

Susan has provided a variety of workouts for me to do from the comfort of my living room and is always positive and encouraging – whilst making sure I don’t slack! In the latter months of working together (now my back is far stronger) she has really pushed me and made me realise how far I have come with my fitness! I have lost 2st since giving birth and feel stronger than I was before falling pregnant!

Oh and she also loves a baby cuddle if your little one is not behaving!!

I have just finished my 10 week 1:1 training with Susan. I can not recommend her enough, she is a lovely person and great trainer. I have achieved things I never thought I could have and my body is so much stronger than before. I am missing my sessions but the confidence and skills she has taught me have enabled me to continue with my workouts at home.

Like’s a Push, Up for a Challenge – C Hill (Jan, 2019)

I would highly recommend Susan as a personal trainer to help anyone, at any level, improve their health and fitness. She has proven to be able to adapt and develop to meet my changing needs. Most importantly she makes the sessions fun and interesting, so often you don’t realise how hard you are working.

From the first conversation Susan was very friendly and understanding, she adapted exercises I couldn’t manage and encouraged me to push myself where I could. Over the next few months our weekly sessions have been varied and enjoyable and ultimately I have regained, and in some areas exceeded, my previous fitness levels and my love of exercise.

I’ve been attending Susan’s baby & me fitness classes for a few months which led me to hiring Susan as a 1:1 PT.

Working with Susan 1:1 has been excellent not only for the results I’m seeing but also for the convenience of exercising in the comfort of my own home. I have continued eating and drinking what I like (within reason!) and have still lost a considerable amount of weight in a relatively short period of time.I have lost a total of 3 stone since my baby was born in June. I am now lighter and in better shape than I was before falling pregnant. Can’t recommend streamline personal training highly enough for helping me get my body back!

I’ve been training with Susan now since May and she helped me so much with getting wedding ready! Susan makes my online workouts super easy to follow and varies each and every work out so I never get bored. My strength and fitness levels have increased, I feel so much stronger and finally really enjoy going to the gym. Susan keeps in touch all the time, to make sure I have everything I need for my workouts and to help with motivation. I can’t thank her enough for helping me to love working out!!

Busy working Mum: L Milne (Jul, 2018)

I have been doing online personal training with Susan for 2 blocks now and it’s perfect for me as a busy working mum.  It allows me to work out at times that suit me and as I can do the workouts at home it works around my family life.  Susan is fantastic At keeping in contact to find out how everything is going and is very supportive.  The workouts push me but in a good way and have never been anything I can’t manage.  I have so much more energy now and have lost weight and toned up which was one of my aims.  The exercise plan also got me fit enough to be able to complete the Moonwalk which was another of my goals. I would highly recommend Susan’s online personal training plans.

I’m half way through a block of PT sessions with Susan and really enjoying it!I love the flexibility of her coming to my house and the kids being able to join in. I suffer from back problems and she has been able to let me go at my own pace whilst helping me feel stronger! She is lovely and friendly and puts you at complete ease! The workouts have helped me prepare for this which means I could enjoy it!
